About Us
QSI International School of Atyrau is a nonprofit institution that opened September 2007. It offers high-quality education in the English language for Pre-School students through Secondary IV students. Current enrollment is about 125 students. The primary purpose of the school is to meet the needs of children of expatriate families living in Atyrau. With the hope to facilitate continuing education similar to that of their home countries with a minimum of adjustment. The school is also available to Kazakh parents that want this type of education for their children.

Academics
QSI International School of Atyrau follows the Mastery Learning model of education. Students learn at a pace which allows them to develop a high level of proficiency (knowledge, skills, and competencies) in the curriculum that they are studying. This approach promotes academic rigor and academic success.
Faculty and Staff
Mastery Learning at QSI International School of Atyrau is facilitated by a group of passionate and dedicated educators. Faculty members are certified and licensed in the core subjects that they teach, and many teachers hold advance degrees in education.
Facilities
Our modern, purpose built facilities include preschool, elementary, middle and secondary students. The school has a large gym, a full sized multipurpose athletic field and track, and multiple outside playgrounds.
Health and Safety
The health and safety of our campus community is our main priority. QSI International School of Atyrau has a 24-hour security presence and is closed to public access. Our health clinic is staffed by a full time medical professional and the school follows effective COVID-19 protocols and guidelines.
Student Services
QSI International School of Atyrau offers a variety of personalized services in order to enhance student growth and development including counseling services, learning support, and Intensive English classes. Our cafeteria offers food during the lunch time.
Student Life
Extracurricular and enrichment programs are an integral part of the student life experience at QSI International School of Atyrau. The focus of the program is to provide opportunities for student engagement, nurture leadership skills, increase teamwork, and promote positive group dynamics.
Community
QSI International School of Atyrau is proud to celebrate the diversity of our campus community. With support of our Parent Support Group - the school hosts events throughout the year including the Back to School Picnic, Fall Festival, Winter Concert, Literacy Week, International Day, Science Exhibition, Spring Concert, and End of Year Picnic.
