Welcome to the International School of Atyrau! We're glad you're here.

Our school is a special place where children from around the world come together to learn, grow, and reach their full potential. We are student-centered and focused on providing a supportive learning environment that helps children succeed in every subject area. Our teachers are licensed and experienced educators who are dedicated to caring for and educating children from many different backgrounds.

In addition to our strong academic program, we place a high value on the Success Orientations of Trustworthiness, Responsibility, Kindness and Politeness, Independent Endeavor, Aesthetic Appreciation, Group Interaction, and Concern for Others. These qualities are taught and practiced throughout the year and are part of daily school life. Students also enjoy a wide range of extracurricular opportunities including sports, art, music, and drama.

Our 17-acre campus includes a soccer (football) pitch and track, gymnasium, theater, cafeteria, library, and two computer labs with a makerspace and 3D printer. Students also take part in classes such as art, music, physical education, technology, and library. From age five, students learn additional languages including Russian and Kazakh, while English remains the main language of instruction. Intensive English classes are available during the school day for students who need extra support with English.
